Eric Dunn
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Over the past 20 years Eric has defined his career by being a zealot for creatively driven brands. His skill at balancing brand- building needs with business-driving activation have delivered exceptional results across a diverse range of categories. He has worked with organizations ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to the U.S. and foreign governments. For Eric the most exciting work comes from the size of the challenge, not the size of the client.
Ken Hall
Co-Founder & Executive Creative Director
Ken is a passionate and strategic creative thinker, storyteller, designer, innovator and collaborator. He brings extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of disciplines and is responsible for challenging conventions and inspiring unexpected creative thinking across the agency. Prior to launching Here Be Dragons in 2019 Ken spent 20 years in some of the worlds most recognized ad agencies building brands, teams, relationships and businesses.
