Hey Dialpad!

We put this together to help you get to know us a little better. It showcases some of our experience disrupting categories, working in the B2B space, helping define and refine brands, and activating audiences.

Enjoy.

We help BRANDS DISRUPT CATEGORIES

Sparking people’s curiosity. Redefining dominant perceptions. Inspiring consideration and engagement. We thrive on figuring out what makes a category tick and then using that to help a brand define its role. We use an emotional hook that reels in a brand’s audience with a narrative approach. We’ve found that works wonders to expand a campaign’s reach far beyond paid media and become a part of category conversation.

StubHub · The Ticket Oak
To compete with Ticketmaster who was outspending us 10 to 1 we needed to establish trust in a category that sorely lacked it. So, we created an engaging, approachable embodiment for StubHub’s promise—the Ticket Oak. Brand power skyrocketed. StubHub took 60% of a $5 billion category. And Ticket Oak entered the advertising mascot Hall of Fame.

We create b2b communications that mean business

B2B work always starts with a simple truth. The audience is human. Seems like an obvious observation, but often it’s forgotten as quotas for leads and KPIs around conversion rates are set. Our B2B approach is centered around recognizing an audience’s work dreams, goals, and plans while appreciating the life lived outside of it. That holistic thinking leads to communication that drives consideration and primes preference—keys for sales activation.

Facebook · You don’t know me
Facebook has serious targeting and personalization tools for advertisers and wanted to be considered as a vehicle for marketing spend. To do this we needed to get the attention of key decision makers at high spend advertisers. We used Facebook’s data access and targeting capabilities to call them out by name and let them know they were missing an effective advertising opportunity. The campaign targeted small audiences within our focused target’s professional network—co-workers, colleagues, and peers. Digital targeting blanketing them where they were online were reinforced by outdoor placed near their offices.

we help brands DEfine and redefine themselves

We craft meaningful, relevant brands by focusing on the universal human truth that makes them relatable. Then we develop ecosystems that tap the unique experience each brand channel offers an audience. Finally, we execute with an eye for how to best bring brand ideas to life at each of those connection points. Our goal is to create an experience that exists at an umbrella level while connecting the brand meaningfully at every point of a contact.

Smule Music · Let’s Music Together
Smule was a decade old start up with a brand identity to match. They lacked a consistent voice and globally cohesive visual identity to stand apart from their increasingly fierce competition.

We help brands
activate with impact

We pride ourselves on getting brands noticed. But getting noticed is only part of the equation. Getting consumers to actively participate in surprising ways creates memorable moments worth talking about.

19 Crimes · Live Infamously
Our 19 Crimes experience engaged an audience disinterested in the wine category with a cross-channel story that just had to be shared. 153M impressions later sales were up 101%, depletions hit 98%, and 19 Crimes was named “Wine Brand of the Year.”
