NOT EVERYONE HAS A TICKET OAK

StubHub was being lumped in with the scalper-set despite having high-quality ticket inventory, authenticity guarantees, and an easy-to-use online portal.

We answered that by crafting a personality for the brand that beleaguered fans could love. Ticket Oak. The gregarious tree changed the game by promising a more approachable, savvy, and enjoyable ticket buying experience.

The multi-year integrated effort drove double-digit growth, shifted ticket buying behavior, and helped StubHub take a 60% share of the $5 billion secondary ticket market. An entrant into the Advertising Week Hall of Fame, Ticket Oak has become culturally notable. Fans dressed as him for Halloween and he recently appeared on Jeopardy! in the form of an answer.
